Assessment of the patient's response to the current treatment plan, discussing any side effects or concerns and exploring the impact of medication on their mental health. This session may also include discussions about the patient's overall well-being, coping strategies, and any changes in symptoms, combining elements of psychotherapy with a focus on medication management to promote holistic mental health care.
